I tried this recipe and found the following:
Extremely easy to make.
Fairly tasty--next time will try sauteing a chopped onion and some celery to add to the meat mixture.
At one hour of baking on a sheet covered with tin foil, the bottom burned slightly...will reduce baking time by 15 minutes and check to see if it is done.
Will serve with a red wine
