Israeli Salad with Zaatar (Parve)

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Assorted vegetables, such as:
    - 3 cucumbers
    - 3 tomatoes
    - 1 green or red peppers
    - 3 green onions
  • olive  oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • zaatar (hyssop spice)

Chop the vegetable  in small pieces. The secret to a really good Israeli salad is finely chopped vegetables.

Immediately before serving, season lightly with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and zaatar.
