Caramelized Carrot Strips (D)

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2-3 fresh carrots, scraped and cut into strips
  • water, 2-3 tablespoons
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and white pepper

In a flat skillet, heat the water and butter until boiling. Add the carrots and turn heat to low and allow to cook gently until water and butter have been reduced.
