Purim Nut Goodies (Pareve)
Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb Walnuts
- 1 lb Honey
- 1/2 lb Almonds
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Ginger or
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Source: National Council of Jewish Women cookbook (Canada) Bring honey and sugar to a boil until the soft ball stage is reached.
Add flavoring.
Put on a wet board, flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. When cool, cut in diamond shapes.
