Passover Soup Topping (Parve)

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon potato starch
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup extra fine matzah meal

Mix all ingredients and let stand in the fridge to harden. Roll the dough very thin, cut and deep fry.
