Passover Beef Roll (M) Monday, 03.22.2010, 02:21pm (GMT) Recipe Ingredients:
Combine potato pancake mix with one egg, 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon matzah meal. Mix meat with all ingredients, except pancake mixture. Mix well together. Roll out 1/2 - inch thick. Put potato pancake mix on top. Roll up like jelly roll. Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
