Fat-Free Passover Salad Dressings (Parve)

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/4 c Tomato juice
  • 1/8 c Cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Pinch sugar
  • Potato Starch

VARIANTS

  • 1 tbsp Chopped scallion or onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped bell pepper
  • Dash hot pepper

Mix together everything except potato starch. Thicken potato starch with a bit of boiling water.  Slowly add to liquids, stirring to prevent lumping until dressing reaches desired consistency.

VARIANT:  Any other spices that suit your tastes. Omit lemon juice.
