Passover Pancakes (Parve)

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cu matzo meal
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Beat 2 egg whites stiff.

Add beaten egg yolks and ¼ cup matzo meal Melt butter in a large frying pan and drop batter in heaping tablespoonfuls.

Fry on one side, then on the other.

To make syrup, put ¼ cup water into saucepan with 1 cup brown sugar and boil.
