Add beaten egg yolks and ¼ cup matzo meal Melt butter in a large frying pan and drop batter in heaping tablespoonfuls. Fry on one side, then on the other. To make syrup, put ¼ cup water into saucepan with 1 cup brown sugar and boil. |
