Passover Cheese Pancakes (D) Thursday, 03.18.2010, 01:07pm (GMT) Recipe Ingredients:
In a large bowl combine cottage cheese with eggs. Slowly stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. In large skillet over medium heat, melt a liberal amount of butter or margarine. Fry the pancakes until light brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon if desired. Serve hot. Yield: 4 |
