Chavah's Cinnamon Passover Granola (Parve)

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Cups Matzah Farfel
  • 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Raisins, optional
  • 1 Cup Dried Fruit, chopped, optional

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix farfel, nuts and cinnamon in a bowl. Add honey and oil, mix well. Spread mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned, stirring often to prevent burning.

Remove from oven and add raisins and fruit. Mix well. Cool and store in an airtight container.
