Simple Teriyaki Salmon (Pareve)

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 8 6oz salmon fillets or 1 whole salmon, filleted, skin removed
  • Olive Oil

Marinade

  • 2.3 cup tamari
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup mirin (cooking wine made from rice)

Serves 8

Combine marinade ingredients and marinate salmon for at least 1 hour.

Preheat over to 425 degrees F.  Drizzle some olive oil over fish and bake in the marinade for 20-25 minutes.
