Simple Teriyaki Salmon (Pareve)
Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 6oz salmon fillets or 1 whole salmon, filleted, skin removed
- Olive Oil
Marinade
- 2.3 cup tamari
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup mirin (cooking wine made from rice)
Serves 8
Combine marinade ingredients and marinate salmon for at least 1 hour.
Preheat over to 425 degrees F. Drizzle some olive oil over fish and bake in the marinade for 20-25 minutes.
