Breaded Fillets of Sole (Pareve)

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Fillet of Sole
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp oil

Coat fish lightly in flour, dip in egg, then in crumbs,  brown for 4 minutes on each side in hot oil, or until nicely browned.  Serve immediately.
